Terms of Service

By creating an account, using Resume60, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter these terms. If you are a minor where you live, you may use Resume60 only with any parent or guardian permission required by law. You must provide accurate account information.

You are responsible for keeping credentials secure, for activity performed through your account, and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Accounts and plan access may not be resold, shared commercially, or used to bypass usage limits.

You may use Resume60 for personal interview practice, career preparation, resume drafting and optimization, coding practice, and reviewing your own reports. You may download outputs made available to your account for your personal career use.

• Breaking laws, infringing rights, harassing others, or submitting unlawful or malicious content.
• Attempting to access another user’s data, evade authentication or payment controls, scrape the service, overload systems, reverse engineer protected functionality, or probe for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Using Resume60 to cheat during a live employer assessment, impersonate another person, generate deceptive credentials, distribute malware, or submit secrets and confidential employer information without authorization.
• Misrepresenting practice questions as confidential or guaranteed questions from an employer.

You retain ownership of resume text, interview answers, code, and other content you provide. You grant Resume60 and its service providers the limited permission needed to host, process, analyse, transmit, and format that content to provide and secure the requested service. You are responsible for having the right to submit the content and for reviewing outputs before use.

Resume60’s software, design, branding, question-bank organization, and original site content are owned by or licensed to Resume60 and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service, not ownership of the product.

AI-generated questions, evaluations, scores, feedback, suggested answers, and resume suggestions may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Suggested answers are examples, not authoritative solutions. You must independently verify important technical, career, legal, financial, or professional information.

Scores are approximate practice indicators based on submitted text, configured criteria, and AI or deterministic evaluation. They are not standardized testing results and may differ from the judgment of recruiters, interviewers, applicant-tracking systems, or employers.

A referral request is created after the displayed one-time service fee is successfully captured and verified. Resume60 then reviews the supplied company, role, and job information and attempts to route the request for referral processing. A paid request does not guarantee employee assignment, a completed referral, an interview, shortlisting, or employment. You must provide accurate candidate and job information and must not impersonate another person.

Resume60 does not guarantee ATS selection, shortlisting, interview success, employment, compensation, or the accuracy of every AI-generated response. Resume formatting and keyword analysis cannot predict or control an employer’s private ATS or hiring decisions.

Company-specific simulations are practice simulations only. Resume60 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any named employer unless an affiliation is explicitly stated.

Paid offerings currently use one-time Razorpay checkout and do not automatically renew. Prices, duration, credits, taxes, currency availability, and included features are shown before payment. Plan access starts only after payment verification. Refund requests are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Resume60 may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, capacity limits, or security events. Features that depend on Supabase, OpenAI, Vercel, Razorpay, Google, browser speech services, or a code runner may be interrupted. Resume60 does not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

Resume60 may restrict or terminate access for material violations, fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment, unlawful activity, or harm to the service or other users. You may stop using the service and delete your account through Account Settings. Terms that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Resume60 and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Features, prices, limits, and these Terms may change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date or an in-product notice where appropriate. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Disputes must be brought before a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree to another permitted resolution process.
